Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Please contact us if there is any problem with your item.

Standard, non-custom items may be returned within 60 days of delivery if unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

Custom-made, bespoke, or personalised furniture items are made to your agreed specification and cannot usually be returned simply because you changed your mind. This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Return shipping for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items will be covered by us. For standard non-faulty returns, please contact us first so we can confirm the correct return process.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
