These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern purchases made from AngusBespokeCreation through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Products

We sell handmade rustic bars, bespoke furniture, reclaimed-wood furniture, and home decor items.

Some products are made to order. Because reclaimed and natural timber is used, small differences in grain, colour, shape, and finish may occur. These natural variations are part of the product character and do not mean the item is faulty.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to buy the selected product.

All prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes where required.

Payment is processed securely through the payment methods shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

4. Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Made-to-order furniture and bar products usually require 2-3 weeks before dispatch unless a different timeframe is agreed with you before purchase.

Smaller ready-made items are usually processed within 1-2 business days.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on the courier and item size.

Large furniture items may be delivered by pallet or kerbside courier. Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct so delivery can be arranged.

Free UK mainland delivery is included unless stated otherwise on the product page.

5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Your rights depend on whether the item is standard, custom-made, bespoke, or personalised.

Standard, non-custom items may be returned within 60 days of delivery if unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

Custom-made, bespoke, or personalised items are made to your agreed specification and cannot usually be returned because you changed your mind. This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

6. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Products must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.

7. Product Use

Our products are for normal domestic or agreed commercial use. You are responsible for using and maintaining the product appropriately, including keeping wooden items away from unsuitable weather exposure unless the product page states otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.

Consumers may also have mandatory rights in the country or region where they live.

10. Dispute Resolution
